Lisa, I only got to know you over the last year working with you at Dr. Bain‘a office. In that short time I realized how you could light up a room with your smile; how you could start up a conversation with our patients and keep it going and make it seem like you had known them forever; how hard of a worker you were; how eager you were to learn to work in the back office with us.
