Not sure what to say?

I thought of you today but that is nothing new, I thought of you yesterday too. I think of you in silence, at times I speak your name. Your memory is a keepsake, from which I'll never part.

To live in hearts we leave behind
Is not to die.
This day, Thursday 9/8/11 Lisa is truly in my heart.

Today we celebrated your life as we released our balloons with notes of love, to float in the heavens and play in the clouds. We felt your presence and your love, making our heavy hearts lighter.

Today is Father's Day and our hearts have been heavy with missing you. But as always God's awesome hand comes to our rescue. He brought to my mind lyrics from a song you often sang "We have a heavenly Father above, with eyes full of mercy and a heart full of love, He really cares when your head is bowed low..."
and Doug gave Dad a beautiful, loving Father's Day card. All of which brought a sweet presence of you.

I went by Lisa's grave on mother's day and spent some time praying for her son.
Like any holiday, it's a time of remembrance. The Lord has given me peace but I do miss her so.
Doug

This is Sunday May 8th - Mother's Day. When I awoke this morning my first thoughts were of you and how blessed I have been. I reflected on your life and I was proud for the attributes of forgiveness, never judging, never gossiping, keeping confidences, and unconditional love just to name a few of the things that were you. You were at the top of my many blessings.
Darlene

Doug came for dinner last night and gave us a beautiful framed portrait of beautiful you. A poem is written as well and here is a stanza from it ...He saw the road was getting rough and the hills were hard to climb So He closed your weary eyelids and whispered, "Peace be thine."
Everlasting Memories.

The snow is gone and your headstone is now in place. Doug, Wes, Dad & I came today. It's a beautiful marker of your resting place. As we stood there, I
knew the marker, this spot, would have been pleasing to you.

With the new year we look at the past and reflect on the future. This week was your week - your birthday, Andy's birthday, your and Doug's wedding anniversary. I remembered with love in my heart your life and the times that were special to you. As we look upon tomorrow I know the gentle hand of God will begin to replace our hurt with memories of your life and not our loss.
"Memories pressed between the pages of my mind"
