Dear Andy and Nancy,
My thoughts and condolences are with you guys through these hard times. I will never forget your mom's kindness and generosity toward my family during my father's illness and passing. She will always be in our heart and thoughts.

Lisa, Andy's mom was such a sweet woman. I remember the first time I met her, she made an amazing soup from which I had several bowls while our friends looked on. Little did I know I was eating tendon, which I would have been afraid to eat, had I known what I was eating. Now I'm a fan...

Every time I saw Lisa she was full of energy, which is something that runs in the family. My heart is with you.

Dear Family and Friends of Lisa,

While I am saddened to learn of Lisa leaving us, I feel blessed to have known such a caring and loving person. It was evident in all that she did that she was dedicated to her family and serving others. I will always remember her kind words and generosity. She was an inspiration to all!

I had the opportunity to meet Andy's mom, Lisa Doan, on one occasion. Following our glorious days studying abroad in Hawai'i and playing soccer in East LA, Andy invited me and good friends Will and Sonny out to his house for a bbq and pool party.

Lisa was a great host and made us feel right at home. We also thought it was both cute and amazing how the entire family went to the gym on regular basis... even mom and dad!
