Lisa was not only my former student but a friend as well. We did so many things together that my life will be a little less full without her. I have known Lisa for only 4 months, through the Shoreline Specialized Recreation Drop-in program. She brought so much sunshine to our program. Over the holidays, I remember making a reindeer ornament with Lisa. She knew just which colors she wanted for each part of the reindeer. We had a good laugh when the googly eyes were attached. I am so lucky to have had such a wonderful and beautiful person in my life as my cousin Lisa. Her smile and her joy will always have a special place in my heart. I had the pleasure of working with Lisa Doty as her caregiver and staff.
