Not sure what to say?

To Fred Sr, Fred Jr, Jamal, Sharmayne, Mrs Lewis and siblings--and all of Lisa's loved ones. I am sorry for your loss of such a great woman--your wife, mom, daughter and sister. I knew Lisa as generous, humble, kind, extremely professional and a woman whose very presence made me want to be better. She blessed many lives. Aside from working with I had the pleasure of enjoying a DC Nationals game with her and Sharmayne. She was proud of you all. I know you must miss her deeply. My...

To the Gambrel Family,

Please accept my deepest condolences. Lisa was my classmate at ACSC and I was so moved by her amazing spirit and joy for life. It must be overwhelming to you to have lost her but please know she inspired so many people with her passion, her professionalism and her love of life and her entire family.

I used to work with Lisa. My prayers go out to her and her family. My deepest sympathy

My deepest condolences to the family. Lisa was an amazingly remarkable woman with strength and courage to inspire us all. The Gambrel and Lewis family will remain in our prayers.

Lisa, you were such an amazing woman. Your knowledge, kind-spirit, sense of humor, and understanding made it so easy to spend time with you. Thank you so much for reaching out to me while Ken was deployed last year. Your friendship meant so much to me. You conveyed to me how your's and Fred's love for one another grew even through the challenges of often being separated by hundreds of miles. You told me that true love leads to a sense of closeness and connectedness that has little to do...

Lisa (Major Gambrel),
I write this with sadness. I just wanted to express my condolences for the loss of such a special lady. You were a tremendous leader, mentor and AF comrade...but first and foremost you were always a friend. I learned so much from my time spent with you, I am honored to have served with you, and followed your leadership. Prayers go out to your family.

My friend, my Sister Lisa, its hard to even write now. I just want the world to know how magnificant a friend you are, a wife, and mother. AF sisters we were as we met at HAFB and continued to journey in our careers. I'll miss your smile and chuckle; I now waltz in the memory of sisterhood. My deepest sympathy and prayer for God's grace goes out to the entire family as you deal with loosing a precious family jewel. Be encouraged knowing the positive impact Lisa made on so many lives. In His...

Lisa, you were an angel and a try blessing. Our thought and prayers are with the Gambrel and Lewis families.

The Whaleys

I met Lisa last year at the Avon Walk for Breast Cancer.I had the pleasure of walking with Lisa and getting to know her. She shared her story with me on the battle she had overcome the year before. Lisa and I crossed the finish line together and it is a moment I will treasure. My deepest sympathies to Lisa's family during this difficult time. Lisa is now with the angels above watching over you.
