Not sure what to say?

To our friends and family near this two year mark, we miss Lisa everyday. She added so much to our lives. My Cody was so lucky to have her, as I was I.

Lisa was our twins' nurse when they were in the NICU at Alta Bates in 2008. She was one of our favorites because of her honesty and outspoken nature. She taught us a lot. I'm so sorry to hear of her passing.

I just learned of Lisa's death. She was my "big sister" at St. Luke's, and was very inspirational. We re-connected by phone in 1998, when I became an NP. She was such a wonderful professional and fun person. She will be greatly missed.

Goines family, Hannah, Lydia and Luis:
Lisa and I became friends in 1990. We shared the love of cooking, gardening, being the best mother-baby nurses we could, and most importantly the love of family-particularly our children. I eagerly anticipated spending an 8 hour shift with Lisa. We were all lucky duckies to work with someone who was passionate about welcoming babies into the world, and ensuring that moms and dads had the skills and confidence to do their best! And she had such a...
