Not sure what to say?

I remember when I found out about Lisa's passing. It was shock & sadness. We had lost a truly great lady of the pain community. RIP Lisa, you taught me so much. I miss you.

This legacy just came to my email. I have been thinking about Dr. Lisa Stearns. She was, and still is, the only doctor that knew how to treat my pain from my rare disease. You are truly missed. My deepest condolences for your family and friends.

Can´t believe it´s been 4 years !!! Thank you just doesn´t cut it. But thank you for coming to me in spirit with messages for your staff at The Center For Pain.

Dr. Stearns thank you for providing world class treatment in pain management. You were always a delight to visit with during my appointments. Rest easy Dr. S.!

Lisa how can one thank you. It´s as if I should thank the sun for shining. I made the annual pilgrimage to drink at the fountain of your knowledge and be inspired to be my best self. My heart breaks every time I think of you. I cannot believe you are gone.

I was just turning 60 and had been in a wheelchair for the past 8 years when I heard that she passed away in her home in Mexico. I was a patient of Dr. Stearns for a little over 15 years and 2 pump replacement when I heard she had passed away. Dr. Stearns only hired the best PA and Dr. I have been treated by Jenifer Kaiser for my pump refills and pain management for the past 15 years and I can tell you that there´s no better pain management facility in the valley. Dr. Stearns will be...

Dr Lisa Stearns was my only hope. I was seen by two pain management doctors that gave me medication for my degenerated disc, stenosis etc on my Lumbar Spine. When referred by my medical doctor Ian Rothwell. I went to my appointment and when meeting Dr Lisa Stearns I was at ease. I felt at home when I met her and her staff. We are a family Dr Lisa Stearns said. I will be here for you and your family, because your family is going through it with you. I love her and I will miss her dearly. Every...

I must say there isn't a month that doesn't go by that I don't think of Dr. Sterns. It used to be much more often as she helped me cope with pain on a daily basis. Thanks to her help and the centers continued help I am focusing more on life and less on pain. I loved seeing Dr. Stearns and look forward to seeing her in the next life. Thank you to all of you who continue to bring her ❤ and vision forth. Again because of Dr. STERNS, THE LORD, AND HER GREAT STAFF I am enjoying life again.

Dr. Stearns was my pain physician for nearly ten years. I was sent to her by my then primary doctor when oral pain medication ceased working to control the chronic pain I was in from degenerative spine disease. She implanted my first pain pump nearly ten years ago, I am not on my second pump. Without her and her knowledge on how to deal with chronic pain I do not think I would be here today. Having suffered from this since my early 20's, with each year it getting worse, I had reached the...
