Lisa was born on February 14, 1972 and passed away on Thursday, June 6, 2019. Lisa was a resident of Middletown, Delaware at the time of passing. Lisa was a 1990 graduate of Dover High School. was preceded in death by her brother, Gary Stiffler; maternal grandparents Elvin and Elsie Shade of Williamsburg Pa.; paternal grandparents Elwood and Margaret Stiffler of Martinsburg Pa. Services will be held Thursday June 13, 1 PM at Trader Funeral Home 12 Lotus Street, Dover DE Friends may call from 11 AM till time of service. Burial will be at Odd Fellows Cemetery Camden, DE. The family requests that in lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Lisa Tobin be made to the ASPCA.
I worked with Lisa for years at MBNA and will always remember her with a smile on her face and how she loved to talk about her kids. She was a very proud Mom.

My prayers and thoughts go out to Mr. and Mrs. Stiffler and to Lisa's children. She had a smile and a laugh that made her special! She will be missed! She is with her Brother in Heaven.

Betty and Joel, once again your lives are shattered. How much can we take. All Midge and I can say is no parent should ever have to watch their children die before themselves and yet here it has happened to you again. God bless the both of you and keep your faith.
