I have just learned of Lisa´s passing and I am numbed and very saddened. Lisa and I worked together at BC Hydro in Community Relations and we often joked that we were each other´s Friday night work dates as we often stayed late to wrap up the week. To say I was shocked to hear this news is an understatement. I am devastated to hear the news of Lisa's passing. I worked with Lisa for 7 years at BC Hydro before she retired in 2019. My day never felt like it started until Lisa came by my desk to say good morning. When I think of Lisa, I think of Halloween, her light spirit, her smile, and her laugh. She had a calmness about her even when she was in the middle of "estimates" and loved nothing more than sleeping in on the weekends. After her...

It's still hard to believe that after 50 years Lisa isn't around for that next call, visit or trip. She was a great friend, and will be missed.

My sincere condolences to Lisa's family and many friends on losing this bright light! I worked with Lisa for years at BC Hydro and was always impressed by her calmness and diplomacy in what was often a chaotic environment. I admired her greatly for this. Kind, funny and gentle -- she was a real sweetheart.
