I realize this is 22 years late, but...I just discovered this very sad news. I was going through some old papers and discovered correspondents I had with Lise, we were pen pals back in the early 1980's, kids, I was in New Jersey, and she was in Toronto...back then, Toronto seemed like worlds away and I was fascinated to hear all about it.
