Not sure what to say?

Dr. Bakken delivered 3 of my 4 children. He was so warm, kind, compassionate and a wonderful man. So sad to hear of his passing. Prayers for his family and everyone who loved him.

I am from Singapore and came to US to study with my husband. After 6 years I conceived mt son and daughter. Dr Bakken delivered my kids, truly a wonderful doctor. I'm in USA for my kids college graduation and wanted to thank him but sadly realised his passing. God's peace and comfort to the family.

I am so sad to hear about Dr Bakken's passing as I was trying to locate him to thank him as I arrived in Grand Rapids, Michigan recently for my kids college graduation. They were delivered by him in 1999 and 2001. I'm from Singapore and conceived after 6yrs of marriage to our surprise. He was indeed a kind, caring and compassionate doctor. God comfort his family Kezia

I was Lloyd´s Aunt by marriage. His mother & my husband were sister and brother. I met him just once I think in 1966. Me & my family send our deepest condolences.

You know Lloyd Bakken...time has a way of moving quickly and catching us unaware of the passing years. It seems just yesterday that I was at your place taken care of the horses, putting up your mail box, going out to eat and enjoying each others company. Yet in a way, it seems like eons ago, and I wonder where all the years went. I know that you lived them all. I have glimpses of how it was back then and of all your hopes and dreams. But, here it is... the point where your purpose of life no...

I was sorry to hear of your loss. Dr. Bakken was my doctor through my miscarriage and then the birth of my third son. I was also working in surgery at Blodgett at the time and had the distinct pleasure of working with him often. He was a down-to-earth and practical doctor.

Dr. Bakken strolled into my hospital room and announced that he would be delivering our son. Dr Bakken was warm, relaxed and exuded confidence. My husband and I immediately loved him. I´m so sorry for your loss.

Our Sincerest Condolences to Patty and family. Cheryl loved him as her doctor in ND and when Jon was training under him in MI. Lloyd was a kind, intelligent, and compassionate physician and holds some of my fondest memories during the years we spent in Michigan.

Thee best Doctor in the world! He delivered both of my children . Rest in peace . To the family I´m so sorry for your loss. Afia
