Dear Geneva and Family,
We are so sorry to hear this word.
We join you in remembering Lloyd's great life of love and service and the contributions to church.

With sorrow,
Pat (Hoobler) Schock

We held your hand, you flew way with angels you did leave
Did you know that we were there, and now we're left to grieve?
You were the best God had to give, he shared with us your soul
But with you gone our lives on earth will never more be whole.
We had you here, your 90 years was much too short for us
So here today, we say goodbye, you wouldn't want a fuss.
Your bravery and commitment were such a part of you,
Your honesty and faithfulness were always to be...

I will miss Lloyd's welcoming wave as I came home from work. Our prayers are with his loving family.

G-PA B. I am happy to have seen you in your last months. Through all that you must have been going through, you always had a smile on your face. G-MA B. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family through this difficult time. If you need anything, just let me know. I am just a hop, skip and a jump away. Love, Jessica, Paige, Chloe and Houston

For My Grandpa

I didn't think i could cry,
as much as i have these last few days.
Nothing seems to make any sense,
since you left us just the other day.

At night I see your face,
and think about the years long past.
Childhood seemed to fly by so quickly,
I wish now that I could go back.

Back to when things were so simple,
where your hugs and smiles made things ok.
How I wish i could see your face once more,
then...

I will always remember Mr Ballard for his quiet strong presence in church every Sunday. He and Geneva continued to be a strong part of the Memorial Christian Church family always greeting me strongly when I returned home from Philadelphia to visit.

So glad we had the short visit last month. So many memories over the years.
