Lloyd Harlon Durham, Jr. 1975 - 2021 Grover - Lloyd Harlon "Smiley" Durham, Jr., 46 passed away unexpectedly on October 29, 2021, at his home. He was born in Gaston County on April 4, 1975. He was a beloved husband, son, father, and friend. He enjoyed spending time with his wife, riding motorcycles with her. Smiley was loving and caring and a funny man, and was a family man. He had worked at A&K Painting and was employed at CVG. He is survived by his loving wife of 9 years, Charrie Dustin; his parents, Marcia Myers Scull and husband Donald; Lloyd Harlon Durham and wife Elizabeth; he was a great father to his daughter, Jenika Marrie Seymour, and his son, Kyle Lafond and wife Ashley and their son Hunter; brother John Daniel Durham and his girls, Shaina and Leila Durham. The family will receive friends from 5:00 – 6:00 p.m., Thursday, November 4, 2021, at Withers & Whisenant Funeral Home with a Celebration of Life service to follow at 6:00 p.m., in the Chapel at Withers & Whisenant Funeral Home.
