Not sure what to say?

Our prayers and sincere condolences to Carol and the entire Klassen Family. I worked many shifts with Lloyd and always appreciated his dedication to the job and an attitude to "make a difference" in how we performed. I also enjoyed many conversations about our mutual evengilical beliefs and how we could make a difference there as well. He was a great contributor and friend.

To the Klassen Family:
I have many fond memories of your Dad through our years on the VFD. I worked with him through the ranks and will remember his wry wit and great sense of humour. He was one of the best and will be remembered.

Dear Carol: Please accept my condolances. Lloyd was one of my mentors when I was a probationary fire fighter. He had a wonder full sence of humor. I have many fond memories. I am sad for your loss. Leon

My condolances to the Klassen family.I learned a lot about becoming an officer on the job from Loyd.He stayed calm, sized up the situation & did not rush in.He was always a lot of fun & liked to play.He will be missed.

Please accept my deepest sympathy with your loss. I worked with Lloyd on the Fire Department for many years. I worked under him for a long time and he was a good teacher. I learned a lot about the job from him. He was a great man around hall always laughing and enjoying the job. And when the chips were down you could count on him to be there for you. He will be missed.

My sympathies to the Klassen family for your loss. I had the distinct pleasure of working with Lloyd as my Captain in the VFD. Bubbles, as he was affectionately known, was a man of great character, knowledge and wit. He will be missed, but he has left so many life lessons, his memory will live on.Bill Gurvich
