Lloyd was born on September 6, 1947 and passed away on Sunday, December 2, 2018. Lloyd was a resident of Keyser, West Virginia at the time of passing. He attended the University of Texas in Arlington and earned several degrees in art and history. Lloyd served our country in both the Army and the Navy. A private service was held by the family.
