Not sure what to say?

Dear Iris and Family,
I haven't seen any of you since my mother passed away (Dorothy Barlow Perry), but I want you to know how much she loved "cousin Lloyd" and how much I appreciated knowing him. Like many times in our lives, I mean't to get in touch with him to discuss Moon family genealogy, but I waited too long. Our prayers are with you.

Dear Iris,
We extend our love and sympathies to you at this time. We owe a great debt of gratitude to you and Lloyd for your continued friendship to Mom and Dad. You will never know how many times your names came up in discussions with them accompanied with smiles and expressions of love. I hope that there will come a time and a way to extend our gratitude and love for the service and friendship you both extended to our family. My earliest memories of the Moon family in the 13th Ward was...

Thinking og you at this time. Sorry I was unable to be there with you. I have some many wonderful memories of you and Lloyd. Great friends will always be missed.

Dear Iris,
Mother let us know that Lloyd had passed away and that she and Paul had attended the funeral. May we express our love and sympathy to you at this difficult time. I have many happy childhood memories which include your family. We lived pretty close for quite awhile and I remember the wonderful roadshows that you and Lloyd did when we were teenagers. Even later, we were all in the Sertoma/La Sertoma clubs together. We had some wonderful times. May the Lord bless you at this...

Dear Iris and family: Our hearts go with you in your loss. Thank goodness we have the beliefs we do and know we will be with our loved ones again. Mom (LaMyra Dowding) is in Colorado visiting David and expresses her sorrow at not being able to be here for you at this time. Know we love you and loved Lloyd and cherish the many memories we have and will hold them close to our hearts always.
With love, Michael and

Our family's heart felt condolences go out to you and your family.

Dear Iris and family,
Please know that I am thinking of you and the loss of your eternal companion. It is not easy to accept the loss and if it were not for our knowledge of our great gospel plan for eternity it would be even harder. Trusting that our Father in Heaven knows what is best for us helps our saddend hearts to understand and go on. Your faith will help to heal the loss and your precious memories will be yours forever to sustain you and your family.
My love and best...

Dear Iris and family, and Glen too, I am up in the wee hours this morning and checked the Deseret News Obituaries. So sad to hear of Lloyd's passing. You know how much I loved him and always considered him one of my favorite cousins. He was always so good to me from the time I was very small, and I know he loved me too. Words could never describe how much he meant to me. He has continued to keep in touch with me through all the years, and just this year, I received a Christmas card from...
