Not sure what to say?

I was a long-time business and personal friend to Lloyd, stopping by the office occasionally to check in with him when in Harlingen to visit my son. He was a lovely gentleman and will be remembered fondly. My deepest sympathy to Jean Anne and family.

I have known Lloyd for the 22 years, Bob and I have been married. What a kind wonderful caring man. I think I will most miss that amazingly infectious laugh he had. It was unique like Lloyd. He laughed easily and loved to make others do the same. He brought such joy to so many. How he was loved and will be so greatly missed.

Lloyd and I met as U T Sigma Nu Pledge Brothers. We, waited tables together at a freshman girls U T Dorm. . We spent a summer helping run a Colorado saw mill. Lloyd was a perfect brother/friend. I will miss him till we are rejoined in God's Heavenly Kingdom.

Lloyd was like a second grandfather to me. The last time I spoke to him was the day after the election when I proudly said "Obama!" To which he replied, "Oh, I wish I wouldn't have called you today!" I will miss his playful humor and his undconditional support.

My thoughts and prayers are with the family of my good friend Lloyd. My life has been blessed by having enjoyed such a great friend for so many years, and although he will be missed, he will never be forgotten.

I am so sorry to hear of Lloyd's passing. He has been a very close friend since he put me in the insurance business in 1964. Lloyd made many friends over the years and has the most respect from anyone who ever met him. He will be dearly missed by his family and friends.

I am so sorry to hear of Mr. Pratt's death. He was a lovely man.

You were what could be considered, the perfect depiction of a father, unconditional love, deep faith, and honest as the day is long. Missing you is a given, happy you are pain free dad. With lots of love, Mark Pratt
