Sister Rasmussen,

I am so sorry to hear of the passing of President Rasmussen. He was truly an inspirational man and I am so grateful to have served with him on my mission. I will never forget sitting in his office when I had become sick and him telling me that I needed to go home and I was determined not to go home early, he told me that if I was his daughter he would be kicking my butt all the way home. He truly had a great love for the missionaries and thought of us as his...

Sister Rasmussen,

I was so sorry to hear of President Rasmussen's passing. He was truly a great man and I admired him tremendously. He taught me a lot as a missionary and I still think of you both often. My family extends their love and sympathy.

Your family was so important to me in my early years through high school. I can remember so many Friday nights spent at your house and...

Dear Rasmussen Family, our condolences for the loss of President Rasmussen. I grew up in the Orange Stake, and my parents left just about 6 years ago. We always looked up to and admired President Rasmussen, as well as your family. He was a great leader and example. May you feel the loving peace of our Savior at this difficult time.

Dear Sharon, children & family, We send you our love & sympathy from Lindon, Utah. Lloyd Rasmussen was a wonderful man; he was brilliant, a great business man, and a great Church leader with a deep love for his Savior, Jesus Christ, and for his wonderful family. We are the recipients of his great knowledge & caring ways so that we are enjoying retirement today. He cared deeply for other people. We will miss him. I am proud to have him as my cousin. Love, Irene & Mike Dougherty
