Not sure what to say?

You hired me for my first real job which resulted in a career with the City. How do you thank someone for that? You were a fine person and I will miss you.

Our sympathy on the death of your dad Lloyd Stoll. We were not able to attend the funeral because of illness. We tried to send a card to Scott twice, but it came back both times. We have wonderful memories of your mom and dad as neighbors. They were the best!

I was so sorry to see this notice in the GR Press. My condolences extend to Gregg, Scott, Ron, and their wives.
Sincerely, Charles D. Vanden Hoek

As my uncle I have known Lloyd for 61 years. I remember running around Uncle Lloyd's house and ours (both homes were identical in layout) with all of my cousins--Ron, Greg, David, Betsy, Scott and Mary Bridget. Oh what a time we had!

Lloyd's brother Norm sorely misses him and all of their talks of cars, politics and the "old days".

I was so fortunate to be able to spend time with Uncle Lloyd in the recent years after K-Kiwanis meetings having lunch and catching up....

Lloyd and Virginia were our neighbors on Juneberry Ave. They were always a delight to talk to,and, yes,we heard many WW2 stories too=)(and enjoyed them!) We loved talking to both of them and still think of them often even though Lloyd had moved several years ago! Sorry we missed the funeral...we were on vacation last week. And,yes, we still live on Juneberry and call the house next door "The Stoll's"!
Our sincere sympathy in your loss,

Wes and Ruth Brower

Some of my favorite memories of Grandpa were smoking cigars with dad on the back deck, talking about our military careers, and shooting his arsenol of weapons. He was a great man and I only hope to obtain the same amount of respect and admiration that he had during his life. You will be truely missed. Until we meet again...... Sarge

Wish you were still here. Give grandma kisses from us and tell her all about us and how we've grown up. Tell her about her great-grandchildre too. I will see you someday, until then I will keep you alive with cherished memories. Love you and grandma.
