I personally didn't know Lloyd Wampler. I, however, know my father, Forrest Bookout, though a great deal of him. Both of my parents are gone and I felt I must let you know in their place let you know what a great person they thought he was. I am sorry for your loss, but hope knowing he was highly thought of will help in some small way.
