Lloyd Dean Wickett

Lloyd Dean Wickett, 74, a resident since 1994 of Osceola, Iowa, a native of New Virginia, Iowa, a U.S. Army veteran of World War II, a concrete superintendent for White's Construction before his retirement in 1987, died of emphysema at Clarke County Hospital in Osceola on Thursday, September 6, 2001. Visitation is scheduled for Monday, September 10, after 9 a.m., at Kale Funeral Home, 301 South Main, Osceola. The family will receive friends on Monday, 6-8 p.m., at the funeral home. Funeral services are scheduled for Tuesday, September 11, 11:30 a.m., at United Methodist Church, New Virginia, officiated by the Rev. Skip Rushing. Burial will be at New Virginia Cemetery. Military honors will be conferred by New Virginia American Legion Post No. 281.
