Lee,
Your are a good friend and comrade in arms. I will miss you. I met your brother at this years Cav Reunion and he is as good as you. Now I have two good friends.

Please accept our condolences for your loss. Lee and I were best of friends in high school and in college. Bob O'Donnell, Joe Higgins and I were unable to convince Lee to join the Coast Guard with us and he elected to serve in Vietnam with honor. I will truly miss him.

Rolando, I met your brother, Lee, a few years back at one of the First Cavalry reunions in Ft. Hood, Texas. Like you, I found him to be affable and a gentleman. He like many, was a true American hero, who served his county in Vietnam, and will be missed. God bless him and may the good Lord keep him in His bosom.

From a fellow trooper. To a fine trooper I’ll see you soon on “Fiddlers Green”. My thoughts and prayers for you and your family, friends and fellow troopers. May all find peace with God in their grief and sorrow at this time of your passing into the Great Eternity. May Peace be with thee?
