Lois Anne Adessa

Everyone loved Lois. She made everyone feel special as a close friend. She, & Dr. Jack, treated all their patients as if they were there own children. Lois and Dr. Jack had a special gift that they shared with the world. We considered ourselves so luck to have had our 2 children under their care. We'll love & remember them forever. Their memory truly is a blessing.

Lois was so special as she worked side by side with her wonderful husband, Dr. Adessa. My three children went to him well into the teenage years and even 20's. He was the best. Very often Lois would wave me out with making me pay. They were 2 very special people. I pray that they are together again in Heaven.

Jack and Lois were such good friends, especially in winter when we went to the Branch Brook Ice Skating rink every Friday night. How sad I am by their passing.

I have tears in my eyes as I write this; this is the first that I have learned of both Dr. and Mrs. Adessa's deaths. He was my children's pediatrician until they were teenagers. My son was very reluctant to change although he was always the oldest patient in the office. I have a permanent picture in my mind of my children patiently waiting by Lois' desk for a sticker or stick of gum.
