Not sure what to say?

Mrs. Fisher was my 6 grade teacher at Washington Elementary in Kalamazoo, Mi. She was my first African American teacher. she was so beautiful and loved us all. My condolences to the family

Lois Fisher was a wonderful woman. Always silently looking to be helpful and supportive of other. We first met Lois at our church, she was so kind and friendly. We then had the privilege of having Lois join the volunteers at Romence Food Pantry, where she became an important part of the team. She was always willing to share a hug and a welcoming smile. Lois you will be missed by all of us at Romence Food Pantry, not just today, but until we meet again.

Oh how I will miss running into Lois- she always had a smile, a hug and a story. She was a person who not only cared about things that were wrong, but would always be willing to help make it right. My condolences and love to Nicole and her family.

I'm so sorry to hear of the passing of Lois. I always enjoyed seeing her smiling face at LaRue's. Sending love to her family and friends.

A lovely lady and dear friend. Lois was such a great advocate for public school students and teachers! I cherish the many memories we had working with her. Rest in God´s arms now my friend.

I send condolences to the family of Lois Fisher. I remember Lois from working with her in Kalamazoo Public Schools, (KPS) where she advocated tirelessly for students, teachers, and the educational system in her role as teacher, and as a representative in the Kalamazoo, Michigan and National Education Associations (KEA, MEA and NEA). Her leadership in Civil Rights and community issues was fueled by her experiences growing up as a Black woman in the 1950s, 60s and 70s. Lois made a positive...

I met Lois in 2022 at Ted & Marie's, and we made an instant connection. I shared my books with her, and she shared her African-American collection with me. Together we shared our love of the Lord and life experiences. Lois was a kind and hospitable lady; I look forward to seeing her again. I'm sure she will be missed by her many family members and friends.

I met her when her Dad, Rev B Moses.James was the pastor of North Community Reform Church, here in Kalamazoo, Mich. Never got to know her,but I remember her. RIP.

I send my Deepest Condolences to the Family. I knew Lois from when I was a little girl. Both being only children, her father being Pastor of the church we attended. My mother being friends with her family we grew up together. She was several years older than me. I remember when she got married and had Nicole. Lost touch over the years, she moved away , I moved away. I saw her a few years ago when I return home. May God Comfort you all during this time.. Lynnda Moore ( Marilyn´s `Molly´ daughter)
