Today we celebrate our friend Arlene! It feels as if we have known her forever! Arlene was one of my teachers in junior high. But most importantly, she was a treasured neighbor (often co-conspirator) at the lake. Whether at her camp or ours, the conversation was lively and the beer was always cold. Since moving away from New York, we have remained in contact with Arlene through emails, letters and her famous Christmas letters. Arlene was a one of a kind and will be missed.
