Lois Herman Abele

Condolences Bob on the passing of Lois. Fair winds and following seas.

A lot of great memories of Mrs. Abele while at SPCC; she was always so patient, kind and understanding while I was the aide for Admiral Abele. Thoughts and prayers for the Admiral and his family.

I will certainly miss her smiling face and her quick wit when telling a story. She was so easy to love. Rest well Lois, in God´s house.

Navy wives are a special breed and Lois was no exception. In fact, she was the epitome of a Navy wife and someone who will be missed by all who knew her. May she rest in peace.

Lois Abele was a wonderful, talented woman who made everyone around her look and feel better ' being able to praise eloquently and making her friends and associates always feel welcomed. She and Bob were the leaders of the Mechanicsburg community for several years ,which my wife Tula and I were able to share, making all of us better citizens and Naval Officers. Dear Bob and Kelly and family, We were surprised to hear of Lois's passing. She was so full of life! She made life fun so many times in our remembrances. A joy to be around!
