Not sure what to say?

I worked with Ted at Calvary Church and remember them teaching me the African chorus "Follow, follow, I will follow Jesus".... I have fond memories of them. Also again when they moved to Michigan Christian Home (now Beacon Hill at Eastgate). Lois would call me from time to time, always rehearsing people we knew and to encourage. We would have such good fellowship. I will miss her but rejoice that she is with Jesus and at Home in Heaven.

Mrs. Langdon is one of my heroes. I first met her and Pastor Ted when I was a young child at Calvary Church. They were both so kind to me and my family. We reconnected again a few years ago when I returned from living overseas. Every time we were in Grand Rapids, I made it a point to visit with Mrs. Langdon and exchange stories about ministry and the Lord. She will always be an example to me of perseverance and a positive attitude, even as she suffered the loss of her beloved husband and then...

I think of the special evening, celebrating Mr. And Mrs. Langdons 50th wedding anniversary with some of the family. What a beautiful, gracious family. What a legacy Lois leaves behind, a good and faithful servant of Our Savior. As she crossed from this life to the next, heard the words, "well done". Her legacy lives on in her family. Love you! Greg and Loryn Lougheed

Sorry to hear of your loss. I have many fond memories of Lois and the Silver Fox. Praying for you.

Lois was a very special friend as we prayed for each other's families through the years. I'll miss the calls.
Praise the Lord she can now see clearly! Adele

I will miss her, she was very loving and kind, and I am rejoicing that she is with her Lord now.

I rejoice that she is with her Lord now, I will miss her, she was a very loving lady.

I am Jerry's sister and am writing this on behalf of him. Jerry is a blind resident of Beacon Hill at Eastgate and considered Lois to be a good friend of his. He enjoyed talking with her, listening to her experiences as a missionary, and joining her for activities at the home. Jerry has taken Lois out for dinner before with our family when celebrating his birthday, which happens to be this Friday, January 24th the same day as Lois' funeral. She will be missed. Our prayers and condolences go...

How sweet to know more about this lovely lady. "Grandma Hirshy" always talked about her children and grands, so I felt like I knew her, though I never met her that I recall. May each memory be a treasure to pass on to the next generation.
