Lois Mackes

I attended First Bible Baptist Church for almost 4 years after I got saved at Gethsemane Baptist Church on May 4th of 1987. Dear Shurldin and Children, it was a shock to hear of Lois's passing. I have such wonderful memories of you both and your kids! God will comfort and help you,I know. I'll be praying for you.

Lois was an absolutely amazing woman, she was wise and Kind. She taught me so much in such a short year that I knew her. I am forever blessed and thankful to have my life touched by her. Heaven gained an angel. My thoughts and prayers.

Lois Mackes was witty, incredibly wise, and above all else she was kind. I worked closely with Lois for a couple of years and she helped me grow, reminded me to laugh often, and to cherish the moments I have. Heaven is lucky. I will miss you Lois. -Devarae
