Not sure what to say?

Paul & David,
Your Mother was not only our neighbor and friend, but a gift to the town of Palmer. Our sympathies to you and your families. We all have so many wonderful memories, and are so blessed that she touched us all.

We were very sad to hear of Lois' passing. She was always so kind to us. We last saw her in May, helping her with her "electronics". She was very special and we will miss her.

Dearest Reynolds Family,
Your Angel, Lois, was such a good friend to both my wife, Shirley and to myself. I, working at the hospital where she received most of her care, gained an appreciation for her character in illness. Lois was our Matron of Honor at our wedding and more importantly, a close friend, mentor and inspiration to my wife in the banking business. Shirley shared in Lois's footsteps both figuratively and literally over the years at Palmer Savings Bank and then Country Bank...

First, Paul & David, I offer my deepest sympathy, thoughts, prayers and love to you and your families. I don't need to mention that you have certainly lost a treasure in that of your Mother.I know this is a very, very difficult time for you all.
My mother, Jane Daniels, her sisters, Sandra & Ann Wirstrom are Lois'cousins. Lois's Mom, Edith, was my Grandfather's sister.
Luckily, I was so fortunate in my life to have been able to grow up knowing Lois and her sons and to have such a fond...

In addition to the many other accomplishments listed in her obituary, Lois also served the Palmer Public Library for many years as a trustee, as President of the library association, and, most recently, as an active member of the Building Expansion Committee. All of us who worked with her there will miss her very much.

Of course, everyone in Palmer also knew Lois as the human face of Country Bank (with all due respect to John McNeish!). Over the years I came to think of her as...

Lois Caroline Carlson Reynolds
The first, the last, the best, and the ONE AND ONLY!
Need I say more?
She was an amazing woman! One that has truly left footprints on my heart. She is Country Bank and always will be. She taught me so much from professionalism to character. I think one of my favorite things about Lois was her honesty. She never hesitated to say what she thought, but always put it in a kind way. I will forever miss her immensely. God Bless you Lois may...

I am one of good fortune as a youngster and teen to spend many hours at the Reynolds house; it truly was my “home away from home.” Whether it was a Bruins game on TV or night of visiting Lois was a loving mother and kind friend to one and all. I am thankful for that time and later visits; she will continue to live in my heart. My prayer is one of celebration of a life so well lived. I am reminded in Proverbs 31 it speaks of the virtuous woman. Lois was all this and more…
