Dear Uncle Max, Karen Sue, Christine, Alan and Martha:

I also have such fond memories of Aunt Lois from the times I have visited or when you have visited us over the years. She was always so happy and kind to everyone. She had such a wonderful laugh and loving heart.

I've always been so touched by how much she loved her family and expressed it in such a nourishing way. She was so proud of each one of you and loved her husband deeply. Her strong faith was such an...

I am very sorry for your loss. I am glad she got to come to the reunion last summer and visit with the class.

Dear Cousin Max & Family...

We cherished the times Lois and you welcomed us into your home when we visited Cerro Gordo over the years. We are saddened by your loss and our prayers are with you.

The loss of a parent is difficult but prayers and expressions of sympathy from those who care about you help you gain strength to work through this phase of life. Marti, you, your mom, and your family have been lifted in prayers many times over the past few months and these prayers will continue through the months ahead. With understanding and compassion, Beth.

Marti,
So sorry to hear of your loss. In reading about your mother, I can see how you turned out to be so special. Know that we are praying for your comfort and peace.

Mr. Roberts and family,
I am sorry for your loss. I loved Mrs. Roberts when I was her student in elementary school and as an adult. She was a wonderful friend to my grandmother. She was one of those ladies I looked forward to seeing at church activities and visiting with. I am sorry I can not be there in person to share my condolences.

Marti and family,

A mother's passing is never easy, and this has seemed long and at the same time, too short. Know that the Roberts family has been in many prayers at Shawnee, and will continue to be as you go through the next months.
