When I first moved to Georgetown Lois Ann was my next door neighbor. I sought her advice about hurricane preparations as I was from CT. One of the things she mentioned was filling the bathtubs with water. I could not think of why she would be recommending this and could not think why I would want to bathe during a hurricane. She saw my expression and knew exactly what I was thinking. I was lucky to have Lois Ann as a neighbor, friend and fellow board member.
