Not sure what to say?

Lois was one of my instructors when I was a student at Cooper School of Art 1964-67. She was a wonderful teacher, talented, personable and providing encourgement. I am sorry to hear of her passing. She will be missed

For years I have been wondering WHO drew my portrait as a child when I was 3 years old. I use to live in Cleveland off Buckeye Road back then as a child.
I am 65 now and live down by the Kennedy Space Center in Florida for 39 years.
Just wanted to tell you I am sorry to hear of her passing.
[I never knew she was an art teacher, too.]
She was a very talented artist. May she rest in peace.

Dear Lois,

What a tremendous influence you and several other
notable instructors* were 'back in the day' at Cooper
School of Art, a school I was most fortunate to have
attended in the early 1970's, knowing now more than
ever, in this life, we remember our teachers most of all.

The Clarence Uhlir family didn't learn of Lois' passing until late Saturday afternoon. Dad is quite sadden to learn of his dear cousin's death. They just had a long conversation a couple weeks ago. Lois adored the turtle stool he'd made for her s many years back-- she still had it. He'll never forget her big pet tortoise. Lois will be terribly missed. May our Lord and Savior grant your family comfort during this sad time.

Lois was a a great artist, teacher, person, woman, and influence. Almost 40 years later she still helps guide our hands. May her family and friends find comfort in their memories of her.

I don't know how we became so blessed to have Lois as our neighbor but we do know that we were living next to our very own angel. We couldn't have been more thrilled to have had Lois and her family as a part of ours. Lois, you will be greatly missed. Our love always to you and to your wonderful family...

Even though we had so few moments together here, we shall meet again. She was an amazing woman and she will be greatly missed.

Love tim, denise, ashley, caiden, andrea, and fred

An incredible artist, an inspiring teacher, a loving friend...if there's a Balaton in heaven, she's having dark meat, extra sauce, extra spaetzles!
Our deepest sympathy Mark, Craig, and Jason...she will be greatly missed.

You will be in my heart forever. You may be in heaven but will always be with us here. So many memories are with us. You loved "your boys". Now you are with Unk and are watching over them.

Our thoughts and prayers go out to Mark, Craig and Jason. They will miss you but also have many memories.

She was a dear person. She was always so kind to my family.
