Lois A. Welty, 80, of Hornell, formerly of Jasper, died Sunday, Feb. 2, 2014 at St. James Mercy Hospital.Calling hours are 1-3 p.m. and 6-8 p.m. Wednesday at H.P. Smith and Son Funeral Home, 1607 Main St., Woodhull.Services will be held there at 1 p.m. Thursday.Burial will be in Jasper Cemetery.
