Loissell Mills-Sinclair departed this on July 11, 2025 at Sunrise Skilled Rehab. She was born May 13, 1956, the daughter of Elmer Eugene Mills and Wilda Mills in Springfield, IL.


Loissell was a daycare teacher and CNA worker for many years. She loves praying, singing and worshiping God. She was also a people person  and enjoyed dancing. 


She is preceded by; her parents; Elmer Eugene Mills and Wilda Mills, two grandchildren; DeAndrea Mills and Savante English.


She leaves to cherish memories; three children; Alisa A. Mills, Latony Mills, Lamonte Mills, all of Springfield, IL. stepmom; Mary Mills, nine grandchildren, and nine  great grand children, cousins, other family member and friends.

Lois always kept me on my toes at Sunrise she was a delight to care. Dancing in the halls or in the dining room always made us laugh. I hope you're dancing in the sky.

Oh my God, I am so sorry to hear this. I have known this lady my entire life. We grew up around the corner from each other. Funny story, when she was pregnant with her daughter Lois, my sister and I went to the state fair. We rode a lot of rides and Lois got on everyone they would allow her on. This is because she was VERY big and could have her baby any day. LOL, well guess what. The next day we called to see how she was doing and her mom said she was in the hospital. She had the baby...
