Obituary
GREGORY-MOORMAN, Lonna Renee, 37, of Richmond, Va., entered Heaven on Tuesday, May 6, 2008. She leaves two precious children to cherish her memory, Dereq Alonzo and Renee Lynn Moorman; her parents, Flora and Alonzo Gregory; a sister, Marlowe Lynn Gregory; nephew, Christopher Gregory; and niece, Kyla Gregory-Morgan; and a host of other relatives and friends. Her remains rest at March Funeral Home, 2110 E. Laburnum Avenue, where visitation will take place on Tuesday, May 13, 2008 from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m., and where the family will receive friends from 6 to 7:30 p.m. Funeral service will be held Wednesday, May 14, 2008 at 12 noon in the March Funeral Home Chapel. Pastor Mary Gleaton officiating. Interment Forest Lawn Cemetery.

I worked with Lonna Gregory at VCU Health System in the same building, different department. I have thought about her a lot recently which is really ironic, because this is the month she transitioned. She was very helpful and kind. She was always talking about her husband and children.
