Not sure what to say?

My uncle, John Renfro, was hired by Lonnie back in the 70´s. I was able to travel with my uncle while he travelled the Allsup system on my summer vacations. The first aircraft I ever flew was Mr. Allsups Beech Baron, and it inspired me to become a pilot. I remember on one occasion, being invited to the Allsups cabin on Lake Kemp, and Barbara cooked up some crappie for dinner. Todd was very kind to me when I was there and we fished down on their boathouse. Mr. Allsup was very generous...

As a child, I used to travel with my uncle, John Renfro, when he worked for Allsups. We drove all over Texas, looking for new store sites, and checking the condition of active stores. Barbara cooked crappie for dinner. I wish I could remember more. Steve Renfro

Was just talking about Mr. Allsup yesterday. He certainly was a blessing to the HSU community. He is missed.

Dear Allsup's family,

I was blessed to have met Mr. Lonnie Allsups when he came into the store I worked out by CAFB. I was still new and was running around like a chicken with my head cut off, and I turned around to see Mr. Allsups with a big ole smile on his face. He told me I was so bubbly and that even though I looked stressed he was proud to say I was a dedicated hard working employee. I was working nights and was trying to go to school so this kind hearted man has really made...

Sending my condolences to Mrs. Barbara Allsup's and family. I worked for Lonnie for 12 years in the Clovis home office. May God wrap his arms around all of his loved ones, and help them thru this very hard time.

Sorry for your loss he will be missed. I knew Lonnie most of my life and worked for him taking care of his cattle for a few years. He was a good boss to me but he was a better friend.
