I believe I was the last person to speak to him. I was at Parmar in Newport Ohio. He was asking me questions about where to go for shelter. He was a very nice gentleman and was concerned about the storm coming. I talked to him at 3:20pm as he headed towards Marietta. Sending my condolences to the family. He seems like a very good person.
