I am so sorry to hear this. I worked with Lonnie for quite a few years as his Realtor when he started his business and was buying property and remodeling them. I would then list them and sell them. He did great work and I loved working with him. Then he moved to Bay City. He was a great guy with a big heart. RIP Lonnie
