Lonnie Leroy "Sonny" Williamson

I did not know Lonnie too well, but remember him very favorably from the early 1970s when I first came to the Washington, DC, area. He was very active in the wildlife community. He was a strong supporter of the Wildlife Society and the Washington Biologists' Field Club. All his friends in the Club send their sympathy and we will add his obituary to our website, where we maintain his biography.

Lonnie - It was always a high point to spend time with you during our employment with WMI. I think often of our time hunting sharptails in the Sandhill with the big ole Lincoln Town Car. Will miss you
