Lora "Christine" Bourke

BOURKE, LORA "CHRISTINE," 77, of Louisville, passed away on Tuesday, August 20, 2013 at her home.

Born in Pellyton, KY, she was the former Lora Giles and worked at Pillsbury in New Albany for 45 years. She was a Christian.

She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Bill Bourke; her parents, Clyde and Anna Giles; and her sister, Maxine Blake.

Christine is survived by her daughters, Julia Ann Nealley (Peter) and Angela Marie Schultz (Greg); her grandchildren, Laura Beth Nevola (Chris), Lisa Baxter (Chris), Allison Nealley, and William Jacob and Timothy Schultz; she is also survived by many nieces, nephews, brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law.

Her memorial service will be at 10 a.m. on Saturday, August 24, 2013 at Highlands Funeral Home, 3331 Taylorsville Road, with burial of ashes to follow in St. Michael's Cemetery. Memorial visitation will be from 1-3 p.m. and 5-8 p.m. on Friday at Highlands.
