I was fortunate to get to know Lora when she became my replacement at the newspaper. I was on the sidelines each time she had one of her children and the boss called and asked me to fill in while she was on leave. She was such a sweet and kind soul. Prayers for peace for all of her family and friends.

I worked with Lora at the Sedalia Democrat. I didn´t realize her cancer returned. She fought with such grace. Always positive. Such a wonderful example of Christian faith.
