Not sure what to say?

Omg.. can´t believe my sweet friend has been gone 17 years. Lore was a great nurse and my pleasure to know her and be her friend. You are missed for sure. Every time I look at a little donkey you brought me back from your mission trip, I think of you. RIP LORE

To Lore's family and friends,

I worked with Lore in the Burn Center in the 80's. I remember her as all of you do. What a great smile and contagious spirit she had. After Dr. Still's death, I emailed my condolences to the Burn Center through Lore. We had not talked in 17 years or so, but she replied "of course I remember you" and upon finding out that I was in nursing school, she had nothing but encouraging words for me. I found out on July 7th that I passed my nuring licensure exam...

It has almost been 4 weeks since we lost my precious sister Lore. The guest book will only be up for a couple of more days, but I wanted to let each of you that expressed your sympathy to our family know how special this was to us. I loved my sister because she was special and because she was my sister. I had no idea how many lives she touched until her service and the weeks that have followed. I hope and pray that together we will all go forth carrying on Lore's missions, that we step...

I'm still in disbelief that Lore is gone. She was a very caring and respected nurse who always had a smile for you. She will be truly missed, but will never be forgotten.

Lore took care of my husband while he was in the burn unit, but she also took care of me. Lore touched my heart and helped to busy my hands while we spent three and half months in the unit. I could not help but adore her, and am deeply sorry for your loss.

Do not stand at my grave and weep
For I am not there and I do not sleep
For it is with the Lord that I now reside
But will remain forever watching by your side

I pray that you submerge yourself in the trust and peace that only God can provide during this time in your lives. This will enable you to continue your walk....and remember you are never alone for you now have a guardian angel by your side.

Dear Family and Friends -I treasure the fact that Lore and I hugged each other in the hallways of the Burn Center the day before her unexpected death...

Lore was headed out the door and I was arriving in my electric wheelchair for yet another appointment at the Center. Our friendship went beyond the walls of the hospital, however, because we were founding members of the Genesis Class at Wesley UMC.

A part of my personal philosophy is: There is always room in my heart and at my...

DEAR LORE: MY RESPECT FOR YOU WILL LAST FOREVER. YOU WERE TRULY INSPIRATIONAL AND COURAGEOUS; REST IN PEACE UNTIL WE MEET AGAIN. GOD GRANT PEACE,SERENITY AND STRENGTH TO YOUR FAMILY NOW AND FOREVER...

Lore,
You have touched so many lives in so many different ways. I only had the pleasure of working with you for a very short time, however what an inspiration you were to so many of us on 4 west. You took our concerns to heart and made a difference. You showed you truly cared and it was all coming together. I always used to ask you, " How do you do it?" . You would just smile and say, " With Gods help Michelle." How blessed we all were to have you..how much you will be missed..Woody and...
