I got to know Lorelei while she was a member of The Connection in Summit where I work. She quickly became a familiar and welcome face to me, more than just a member. She had a ready smile and laugh for everyone. She was dearly loved and will be greatly missed.

Lorelei and I grew close over the course of the last few years, Drawn together, thanks to the Newark Museum of Art's docent program, we discovered we had much in common and, as a team, sought the late life joy inherent in art-filled friendship and shared learning. Lorelei was a magnificent and devoted Mother and Grandmother, so endlessly proud of her beautiful family. I reconnected with her in the Connection pool this past year where we would get our workout in early in the am. Before that was through Hilary who went to school with my daughter Cristina. Whenever Hilary would score or do something good in soccer, Lorelei would yell WISHBONE!
