Loren G. Bates

I knew Loren only a few years, from his shop, but he was one of the kindest people I know. He always remembered me and asked about my family. He also Always talked with Love and Pride about his own family. My prayers are with you.

Loren was our friend and Barber for several years. We will miss his infectious smile and genuine kindness. Our hearts go out to his family and friends.

I am extremely saddened to learn of this and my heart goes out to Judy and all of Loren's family. I had the privilege of knowing Loren for the last ten years of his life. The last time I saw him we sat in his new car and listened to a CD of Nicollete. Every time I saw him he spoke of his family. I know Loren was close with god and he will be looking down smiling and lauging at all the bad hair cuts we will forever receive without him. I will miss him very much.

I have known Loren most of my life, as my first employer and father of a school friend. He always had a kind word for people and was a very caring person. I'll miss seeing him on my monthly trip to his shop.
