Loren Malcolm Collins

Mr. Collins was our landlord here in Georgetown, and was always a friendly and caring gentleman. You knew he was a Christian before you even saw the wooden cross around his neck because he'd let you know his love of Christ as soon as you met him. I am very sad about Loren's passing. Loren was my coach and mentor at Midway High School in the 60's. He taught me so much about life. Today I am the person I am because of coach Collins. He has always been a very special person to me. His teachings taught me to never be a quitter and to always give 100 percent.
