Not sure what to say?

Kenyon, We are so sorry to hear of the passing of your dad. You and your family will be in our prayers and thoughts. Wish we could of been there for you. Please let us know how you are doing. Love ya Rodney and Rebecca Blake

Loren made my life a better and more enjoyable place; I have such fond memories of our both enjoying mayonnaise and Almond Joy and Mounds candy bars, fishing and his teaching me how to better fry a fish; the day I found a living specimen of Skola Pendra and brought it to the dining hall was a special early morning with Loren; my thoughts and prayers are with Linda, Kenyon and Kelton - your husband and father was a special man - I can still hear his voice singing "out in the West Texas Town of...

The Hill Family,

Loren was my advisor at OU and led me through treacherous waters. He oversaw my growth from naive farm-boy to my Master of Science degree. It was Loren that gave the first talk that ever let me consider that I could do fish biology for a living. And now, I am a fishery biologist for the US Department of the Interior. Eternal thanks to Loren for showing me what was possible.

I am saddened to hear of Lorens' passing.

He was an anchor of inquiry, encouragement, oppoortunity and respect for all his students on the other side of a ping-pong table.

Linda, Kenyon, and Kelton--our love and prayers are with you. Loren is one of my favorite cousins. I will miss him. So sorry we can't be there now, but know we are thinking of you.

Linda,

My thoughts and prayers are with you and I wish I could be there in person for you right now. I love you and I'm thinking of you.

I'm going to miss Loren. He was such a kind man and would do anything for any one. Loren will be missed by many and he will be remembered for making a difference in the world.

Sending you Love and Prayers,
Leslie
