I offer my deepest condolences for Loren's passing. I worked with Loren at Columbia Sportswear and we had the most interesting discussions each day at lunch - on numerous subjects, as you would guess (history, travel, gardening, etc.). When Loren retired, I gave him a copy of a book called The Blue Bear, about a world famous photographer who always wanted to see a rare species of Grizzly.
