Loren C. Schreyer

Loren holds a special place in my heart. A friend with whom I shared lots of laughs and tears with and fond memories. I'm saddened to hear that she is gone and pray God's comfort on those she left behind.

Loren was very, very dear and special to me when she lived in downtown Charleston, SC. I am so heartbroken to just learn on this day, October 24, 2010, of her passing several years ago. She was such a beautiful and inspirational person to know. All of the times I was fortunate to be near her are blessed moments in this life that I will cherish forever. Our world is not as bright without her here, but Heaven shines more than ever with her there.

I was so sorry to hear about Loren. We spent a lot of time together as children at Sunday School and I have very fond memories of her. My condolences to Mrs. Schreyer and the family.

Loren was a wonderful person. She dedicated her entire life to caring for the needs of others. As a professional she served the public as a nurse trained in many different specialties; including clinical research where she served to protect the rights of patients participating in medical research. Loren was quick to defend those people who could not fend for their selves.
