Dear Serge and the Leone family

I am so sorry to hear of Katie's passing. The news came to me on Monday after the visitation time had passed by. I would so have liked to be there in person to express my sincere condolences. I remember from what seems so long ago how the two of you devoted your gifts of caring for others during your time of service to New Jersey Buddies and People with AIDS.

There is a comfort in life that I expeience when I take time to remember people like...

Serge & family, It has been some time since last I saw you guys & I can't tell you how shocked & saddened I was to hear of Katies passing. While working at NJ Buddies, I had the privilege of getting to know the both of you & Katie was first class all the way. I am so sorry for your loss. You are all in my thoughts and prayers....

Serge, Veronica, and Biaggio: My thoughts are with you all at this time....no one could have had a better friend that Katie. I am devastated at this news, but sustained by many great and endearing memories....and I suspect that her wings will be forever etched in NY METS blue and orange. "Save me a good seat, Katie."
