Lorene B. Henson

Mrs. Lorene B. Henson, age 91, of Rocky Face, Georgia, departed this life Saturday, September 29, 2012 at the Quinton Memorial Health Care Center. Lorene was born January 2, 1921 in Dalton, Georgia a daughter of the late Robert and Annie Elizabeth Dantzler Fletcher. She was also preceded in death by her son, J.C. Fletcher, sister, Margaret Coats, brothers, Jene Fletcher, Buddy Fletcher, Bo Fletcher, Phillip Fletcher, granddaughter, Melissa Hall. She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Bill and Jackie Henson of Calhoun, GA; daughter, Charlene Henson of Dalton, GA; grandchildren, Blue Henson, China Henson, April Epperson, Billy Epperson, Wendy Hunt, Donna Fletcher; great grandchildren, Jacob, Meadow, Charleston, Peyton, Jaxton, Maecy, Connor, Ashley, Jeremy, Chase, David. Services to celebrate the life of Mrs. Lorene B. Henson will be Tuesday, October 2, 2012 at 1:00 p.m. at Ponders Melrose Chapel. The family will receive friends at Ponders Melrose Chapel from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. Tuesday.
